Delivery times and options
Once your order has been validated please allow 3 to 4 working days for it to be prepared.
During sales or promotions, order preparation time could be longer. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your order to be prepared.
The price of delivery is calculated according to your location and the size of the parcel. The price will be shown prior to reaching the online payment phase on our website.

Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a mail with the order number and a link to track your order.
Le Monde Sauvage is responsible for each order until it is delivered.
Your order cannot be delivered without being signed for. Once you have signed for a delivery, ownership of the articles is transferred to you. If someone other than you is the recipient of an order (in the case of a gift for example), you accept that the signature of the designated recipient will suffice as proof of delivery and transfer of ownership.
All of our orders are packed with care by Le Monde Sauvage and placed in a package on which your address appears in two places.
For particularly large orders it is possible that we decide to send the order in separate packages in order to ensure that they transit as safely as possible to their destination.
Orders outside mainland France
When you place an order to be delivered outside mainland France you are responsible for any import taxes, customs taxes or local sales taxes applicable in the country to which the products are sent. These taxes must be paid so that the order can be released from customs. We are not able to tell you the amount of these local taxes prior to you making a purchase from us.

- Connect with your e-mail address and password or create an account
- Make sure your delivery address is complete
- Click on « Continue to payment »
- Check that all the articles you wish to purchase are in your basket
- Click on « Validate payment » and you will be directed to the payment page
- Once you have made your payment we will receive your i-order and prepare it for posting
All payment transactions are made via Clic&Pay, the online payment solution provided by Crédit du Nord bank. The transaction is secured by SSL technology which means that your bank details are encrypted between your computer and the Clic&Pay server and are never recorded by our site. Once the payment has been validated, your order is confirmed.
You can pay for your order online with your bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard).
Do you want to return something? Or to try a cushion at home or a curtain on your window? Not a problem. You just need to let us know by mail.
To return one of our products you need to make a return request as follows:
1. Send a mail requesting a return to: email@example.com
2. You will receive a mail acknowledging your return request rapidly.
3. Return the article as soon as you receive the mail confirming your return. It must be in or accompanied by its original packaging and still bear its original label.
4. You can take the package to the post office of your choice.
5. Once we receive the merchandise you will receive a confirmation mail. You will be reimbursed within 14 days.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and reimbursement. All taxes, customs charges and delivery charges are at your expense and the responsibility for the article until delivery to Le Monde Sauvage is yours.

In store return
You can also return your article(s) to one of the Parisian stores of Le Monde Sauvage. You need to inform us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to taking the article to the store of your choice.
You can chose to exhange the article in store for something of the same or a greater price.
If you would like to be reimbursed you can leave the article in store and we will reimburse you subsequently.
You will receive your reimbursement by cheque made out to the purchaser at your billing address within ten working days.
Our products are unique, one-off, authentic and original.
Our products are almost all artisanally made. This means that they are not identical and often bear the hallmark of their uniqueness such as hand stitching, block printing, or a slight difference in colour from one sheet of paper to another. These are not defects; our manufacturing processes are indicated on each product page.
Oh dear, I seem to have a problem...
Despite all of our efforts, it is always possible that a product could have a defect. If you have a query about a product that you have purchased, please contact us so that we can find a solution.
If there is a problem, the return will be picked up from your delivery address. Any taxes are at your expense.
Take care when using our products. Articles showing signs of normal usage or damaged because of an accident or misuse will not be considered to be defective.

Materials and colours
We make our best efforts to ensure that the colours and materials of the items for sale on www.lemondesauvage.com are shown as accurately as possible. However screen resolution varies and we cannot therefore guarantee that the colour you are seeing is an accurate reflection of the real colour.
Our return conditions are flexible so that the Le Monde Sauvage shopping experience should be as enjoyable as possible. We do monitor returns and exchanges and reserve the right to close a client account or to refuse an order if we feel that the number of returns is too high.
We would encourage you where possible to group returns together so as to only make one return per order.
