Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 working days for preparation before shipment.
During busy periods (promotions, sales, end of the year), this timeframe may be extended to up to 7 working days.

Livraison en France métropolitaine

Chronopost à domicile : livraison sous 24h après expédition.

Coursier (Paris) : livraison le jour même pour toute commande passée avant 12h.

Bulky products
Items that do not fit standard sizes (curtain rods, light fixtures, sofas, mirrors) are shipped via specialized carriers.Delivery times are between 7 and 14 working days.
Delivery outside mainland France
We deliver products (excluding heavy and bulky items) to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, United States, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden.

Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.
Delivery confirmation
A signature is required to confirm receipt of your order. After signing, responsibility for the purchased items is transferred to you. If another person is designated as the recipient (for example, for a gift), you agree that proof of signature by that person (or at their address) constitutes proof of delivery and acceptance of the order by Le Monde Sauvage, as well as the transfer of responsibility.
Taxes and customs duties (outside the European Union)
For any order delivered outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties, and local taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be estimated in advance.
