Do you want to return something? Or to try a cushion at home or a curtain on your window? Not a problem. You just need to let us know by mail.
To return one of our products you need to make a return request as follows:
1. Send a mail requesting a return to: email@example.com
2. You will receive a mail acknowledging your return request rapidly.
3. Return the article as soon as you receive the mail confirming your return. It must be in or accompanied by its original packaging and still bear its original label.
4. You can take the package to the post office of your choice.
5. Once we receive the merchandise you will receive a confirmation mail. You will be reimbursed within 14 days.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and reimbursement. All taxes, customs charges and delivery charges are at your expense and the responsibility for the article until delivery to Le Monde Sauvage is yours.

In store return
You can also return your article(s) to one of the Parisian stores of Le Monde Sauvage. You need to inform us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to taking the article to the store of your choice.
You can chose to exhange the article in store for something of the same or a greater price.
If you would like to be reimbursed you can leave the article in store and we will reimburse you subsequently.
You will receive your reimbursement by cheque made out to the purchaser at your billing address within ten working days.
Our products are unique, one-off, authentic and original.
Our products are almost all artisanally made. This means that they are not identical and often bear the hallmark of their uniqueness such as hand stitching, block printing, or a slight difference in colour from one sheet of paper to another. These are not defects; our manufacturing processes are indicated on each product page.
Oh dear, I seem to have a problem...
Despite all of our efforts, it is always possible that a product could have a defect. If you have a query about a product that you have purchased, please contact us so that we can find a solution.
If there is a problem, the return will be picked up from your delivery address. Any taxes are at your expense.
Take care when using our products. Articles showing signs of normal usage or damaged because of an accident or misuse will not be considered to be defective.
